- 3/4 oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz demerara coffee syrup
- 2 dashes mole bitters
- Garnish: islay scotch spray

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture until it is very cold. Strain the drink into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. The cocktail is finished with two to three sprays of smoky single-malt Islay Scotch over the top.
