Carrot & Shiso Garden Highball
- 1 1/2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 1 oz carrot juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz shiso fig leaf honey syrup*
- Peychaud’s bitters
- Garnish with carrot greens

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. Strain the drink into a rocks glass filled with pebble ice. Finally, add a few dashes of Peychaud’s bitters on top and garnish with fresh carrot greens.
Bartender Technique Notes
*Shiso–Fig Leaf Honey Syrup: Heat honey and water (1:1) gently with fresh shiso leaves and dried fig leaves for 15–20 minutes. Strain and cool
