Amaretto Sour
1 oz Leroux Amaretto Di Estasi Almond Liqueur
1 oz Tomatin Single Malt Scotch Whisky
¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Orange slice and brandied cherry, optional
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with orange slice and a brandied cherry.
