Blue Hawaiian
1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
¾ oz Leroux Blue Curaçao Liqueur
2 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz cream of coconut
½ oz lemon juice
Pineapple wedge and cherry, optional
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a hurricane glass over pebble ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge and cherry.
