Calpico Mango Sticky Rice Highball
- 1 1/2 oz mango-infused Prairie Organic Vodka*
- 1 1/2 oz calpico rice syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz Ichiko silhouette
- Top soda water
- Garnish with mango

Combine all ingredients into a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water. Stir gently to combine without losing bubbles. Garnish with a mango slice or spear.
