Citrus Cycle Collins

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add the Prairie Organic Vodka and the citrus-peel cordial to the glass, then stir briefly to chill and combine the ingredients. Finally, top the drink with soda water and garnish it with a dehydrated citrus wheel

*Citrus Peel Cordial: Upcycle spent citrus peel from prep by simmering with sugar and water until the oils release; strain and chill. Use any ratio of citrus types (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit) for a layered peel-forward flavor
