1 ½ oz Phillips Gold Tequila
½ oz Leroux Crème de Cassis
½ oz lime juice
4 oz ginger beer
Lime wheel, optional
Add tequila, crème de cassis and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass with fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wheel.
