East Side Cocktail
- 2 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- Garnish with a handful of mint and a dash of edible luster dust

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until the mixture is frosty and bright. The final step is to double-strain the contents into a chilled coupe glass, where you can then watch the drink shimmer like a disco ball.
