1 oz Prairie Organic Gin
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne
Lemon twist, optional
Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne.Garnish with lemon twist.
