2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
Club soda, to top
Lime wheels, optional
Add gin and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice, top with club soda. Garnish with lime wheels.
