2 oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¾ oz honey syrup
Dehydrated lemon wheel and honeycomb, optional
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and honeycomb.
