Green Prairie Mule
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka
½ oz Leroux Premium Melon Liqueur
½ oz lime oleo saccharum
¾ oz cucumber juice (slightly sweetened)
Splash of lime juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger beer
Dehydrated lime wheel and cucumber ribbon, optional
Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Pour into a low ball glass with pebble ice. Top with ginger beer and gently stir. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and cucumber ribbon.
