1 ½ oz Tomatin Single Malt Scotch Whisky
1 oz Leroux Bitter Orange Apéritif Liqueur
3 drops cayenne pepper sauce
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
Dehydrated lime slice dipped in Tajín, optional
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into an old fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with dehydrated lime slice dipped in Tajin. Best served with corn chips.
