Mojito

2 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
Mint leaves
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
Club soda
Mint leaves and lime slice, optional

Muddle mint with simple syrup in a shaker. Add rum and lime juice and shake. Strain into a highball glass. Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves and lime slice.
