Watermelon Mojito
2 oz Leroux Premium Watermelon Liqueur
1 oz Trader Vic’s Silver Rum
10 fresh mint leaves
½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz simple syrup
1 oz soda water
Watermelon slice and mint sprig, optional
Muddle mint leaves, lime juice and simple syrup in the bottom of a glass. Fill with ice. Combine watermelon liqueur and rum into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into glass. Top with soda water and garnish with watermelon slice and mint sprig.
