1 ½ oz Prairie Organic Vodka
½ oz Leroux Premium Watermelon Liqueur
½ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz strawberry-lychee syrup
4 oz butterfly pea flower tea (brewed and cooled, slightly sweetened)
Rosemary sprig, optional
Combine all ingredients, except the butterfly pea flower tea, into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into glass filled with ice. Slowly pour butterfly pea flower tea on top to layer cocktail. Gently stir to ecourage color change. Garnish rosemary sprig.
