White Chocolate Coconut Martini
1 ½ oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
½ oz Trader Vic’s White Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz Trader Vic’s Coconut Rum
1 oz cold brew
¼ oz orgeat syrup
Simple syrup and toasted coconut shavings, optional
Pineapple frond, optional
Rim martini glass with simple syrup and dip into toasted coconut shavings and set aside. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well mixed. Fine strain into glass. Garnish with pineapple frond.
