2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ oz honey syrup
Lemon twist and edible flowers, optional
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe. Drizzle with lemon twist and edible flowers.
