Lychee Martini
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic Vodka
1 ½ oz lychee liqueur or lychee syrup
1 splash freshly squeezed lime juice
Pitted lychee, optional
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe. Garnish with a lychee.
