Strawberry Negroni
1 ½ oz Prairie Organic Vodka (infused with cut strawberry tops)
1 oz Leroux Bitter Orange Apéritif Liqueur
½ oz Italian sweet vermouth
Simple syrup and finely ground freeze-dried strawberries, optional
Strawberry slice, optional
Rim lowball glass with simple syrup and dip into ground freeze-dried strawberries and set aside. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well mixed. Fine strain into glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with strawberry slice.
