2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
½ oz Leroux Ginger Flavored Brandy
½ oz lemon juice
Lemon peel, optional
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
