1 ½ oz Douglas & Todd Bourbon
¾ oz Leroux Peppermint Schnapps
¾ oz sweet vermouth
Maraschino cherry, optional
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
