Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Finally, strain the liquid into a cold martini glass and garnish the drink with kombu-infused olives.

Bartender Technique Notes

** Kombu infused olives: add a small amount of olive oil to the combined spirits, then place the mixture in a freezer until the oil has completely solidified; afterward, strain the liquid through a fine mesh and a coffee filter for complete clarity. Separately, for the Kombu Olives, steep strips of kombu in olive brine for 12 to 24 hours
