2 oz honeydew-infused Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka*
1/2 oz sweet white vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish with honeydew

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir the mixture until it is very cold. Finally, strain the liquid into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with honeydew

*Honeydew-Cucumber Vodka: Blend ripe honeydew chunks with Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka; steep 24 hours; strain through a fine mesh strainer and then a coffee filter for clarity. The resulting vodka should be pale green, aromatic, and fresh.”
