Nordic Shroom Martini
Nordic Shroom Martini
- 2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
- 3/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz porcini tincture*
- Garnish with dill oil**

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir until the mixture is very cold. Finally, strain the liquid into a chilled martini glass and dot the surface with dill oil to create a delicate aromatic pattern.
Bartender Technique Notes
*Porcini Tincture: Steep dried porcini in neutral spirit; strain and dose sparingly (it’s potent and umami-rich)
**Dill oil can be made by blending fresh dill and neutral oil, then straining through cheesecloth for clarity
