Pink Neon Slice
- 1 1/2oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 1/4 oz Leroux Triple Sec
- 1/4 oz bitter liqueur
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
- Garnish with a glitter-dusted grapefruit jello-shot wedge*

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the contents vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over fresh ice, and garnish it with a glitter-dusted grapefruit jello-shot wedge.
Bartender Technique Notes
*Jello Wedge: scoop and clean the grapefruit halves, reserving the juice. Bloom the gelatin in Prairie Vodka. Next, warm the reserved grapefruit juice with sugar, combine this mixture with the bloomed gelatin, and pour it into the hollowed grapefruit halves. Chill the halves until the mixture is set, then slice them into wedges. Finally, sprinkle the wedges with a mixture of salt and edible glitter for a dazzling finish
