- 1 1/2 oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 1 1/2 oz honey crisp apple juice
- 3/4 oz honey apple syrup*
- 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Garnish with gold dusted apple chip on side and ginger flavor blasted bubble on top”

Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture until it is frosty and well-aerated. Next, double-strain the contents into a chilled martini or Nick & Nora glass. Finish by adding a garnish with either a thin apple slice or an expressed citrus peel

*Honey Apple Syrup: Fresh honeycrisp apples should be juiced, then combined 1:1 with sugar and reduced gently
