Peanuts ‘n’ Coke
- 1oz Trader Vic’s Dark Rum
- 1oz Meletti Amaro
- 1/2oz Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
- Generous pinch salt
- 1 Scored Lime Half
- 4oz cola
- Garnish lime

Squeeze half a lime into a Collins glass and gently muddle it with the spent hull. Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker tin and give it a quick shake to combine. Pour the mixture into the glass along with the cola, top with cubed ice, and serve with the lime hull at the bottom of the glass and an optional small dish of salted peanuts on the side.
