Puttanesca Martini

  • 2 1/4 oz Anchovy Olive Oil-infused Prairie Organic Vodka*
  • 1/2 Tsp MSG
  • 1/2 oz Tomato Water
  • 1/4 oz Olive Brine
  • Garnish with olive

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir until perfectly chilled. Strain the liquid into a coupe glass and garnish with an olive.

Bartender Technique Notes

*Anchovy Olive Oil-infused Prairie Organic Vodka: Shake 2 1/2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka with 1/2 tbsp anchovy olive oil in a jar. Infuse at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then freeze for 4 hours until the oil solidifies. Poke a hole through the frozen oil layer, strain the vodka through a coffee filter.
