- 1oz Kamora Dulce De Leche Liqueur
- 1oz Malvasia Madeira
- 1/4oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 Dash bitters
- 1 Whole egg

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 30 seconds using the spring from a Hawthorne strainer to emulsify. Remove the spring, add ice, and give it a hard, fast shake. Strain the liquid into a coupe glass, grate fresh nutmeg on top, and use a garnish pick to create a little swirl pattern.
*Note: The combination of high-proof spirits and citrus creates an inhospitable environment for bacteria, ensuring the batch remains stable.
