Red Wine Low Ball
- 1 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
- 1/4 oz Leroux Peach Schnapps
- 1/4 oz Lime Acid*
- 1/2 oz Red Wine Syrup**
- 1/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 Splash Soda
- Garnish with mint

Combine ingredients directly into a rocks glass. Top the glass with fresh ice and stir briefly to chill and incorporate the ingredients. Gently float the soda water on top by pouring it down a long bar spoon to preserve the carbonation. Garnish with a vibrant mint bush.

*Lime Acid: Utilize a precise formulation of citric and malic acid powder dissolved in water to mimic the clean, sharp acidity of fresh lime juice without clouding the dark, rich aesthetic of the red wine syrup.
**Red Wine Syrup: Combine equal parts robust red wine (such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah) and granulated white sugar. Simmer gently on low heat just until the sugar completely dissolves to avoid over-cooking the delicate fruit notes of the wine
