Kim’s Negroni
- 1oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 1/4oz Leroux Watermelon Liqueur
- 1oz Aveze
- 3/4oz Cocchi Americano
- 3 Dashes Nori Saline*
- Lermon peel
- Garnish with nori

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express a lemon peel over the drink and discard it, then garnish by placing a round nori cutout directly on top of the ice cube.
Bartender Technique Notes
*Nori Saline Prep: Using a 4:1 water-to-salt ratio, prepare one sheet of nori and one dash of MSG for every part of salt used. Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool until warm. Add the MSG, salt, and nori, stirring until the solids are completely dissolved. Allow the mixture to sit until fully cooled, then remove the nori and bottle the saline for service.
