Cucumber & Chamomile
- 1 1/2 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Vodka
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Cucumber Juice
- 1/2 oz Chamomile Syrup*
- Top w/ Soda
- Garnish flower

Combine all ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker with a small handful of crushed ice and whip shake until the ice has completely melted. Pour the mixture into a Collins glass, top with soda water, and garnish with a flower
Bartender Technique Notes
*Chamomile Syrup: Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup boiling water, remove from heat, and steep 3–4 chamomile tea bags (or 2 tablespoons dried flowers) covered for 15 minutes. Strain, cool, and refrigerate in a sealed jar.
