Espresso & Tonic
- 1oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Calvados
- 1 Shot Espresso (Cooled)
- 1 Dash Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters
- 4oz Three Cents Aegean Tonic Water
- Orange peel
- Garnish with a brandy cherry

Combine the ingredients into a tall Collins glass, except the tonic. Fill the glass with a rectangular clear ice spear, then gently pour the tonic water down the side of the glass. Stir slowly from the bottom to incorporate the ingredients without losing the carbonation. Express an orange peel over the top of the drink and discard the peel, then garnish with a brandied cherry on a skewer.
