Paloma Negra
- 1 oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur
- 3/4 oz tequila or mezcal
- 1 oz fluffy grapefruit juice
- 2-3 oz of grapefruit soda
- Garnish with grapefruit

Prepare a highball glass with a half-rim of lime salt. Build the ingredients directly in the glass, top with soda water, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
