Paloma Negra

  • 1 oz Kamora Coffee Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz tequila or mezcal
  • 1 oz fluffy grapefruit juice
  • 2-3 oz of grapefruit soda
  • Garnish with grapefruit

Prepare a highball glass with a half-rim of lime salt. Build the ingredients directly in the glass, top with soda water, and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
