Freezer Door Cucumber Vesper (Two Ways)

Freezer Door Cucumber Vesper

  • 1 3/4 oz Prairie Organic Gin
  • 1/2 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Vodka
  • 3/4 oz Blanc Quinquina Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz filtered water

Cucumber Vesper & Tonic

  • 2 oz Freezer Door Cucumber Vesper batch (see above)
  • 4 oz tonic water
  • Garnish with Cucumber and lemon peel

Freezer Door Cucumber Vesper
Combine all ingredients in a large container to batch (ideally 4–8 cocktails) and stir thoroughly to incorporate. Transfer the mixture into a bottle or container and store in the freezer overnight. When ready to serve, pour the pre-chilled cocktail directly into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel.

Cucumber Vesper & Tonic
Fill a chilled collins glass with fresh ice. Pour 2 oz of your pre-batched, freezer-chilled Cucumber Vesper over the ice. Top the glass with tonic water and stir gently from the bottom to combine. Garnish with a cucumber peel and a fresh lemon peel.
