High & Dry Martini Highball
- 1 oz Prairie Organic Gin
- 1 oz Tomato Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Fino sherry
- 1/2 oz Olive brine
- 5 Drops of white balsamic
- 4 oz tonic
- Garnish with lemon peel and olives

Combine the ingredients directly into a highball glass. Fill the glass with fresh ice, then top with the tonic water. Stir gently from the bottom to incorporate without deflating the carbonation. Express a lemon peel over the surface of the drink, then garnish with the peel and two olives on a skewer.
